Local Order

We use SF Express for local delivery.

Hong Kong area, SF station, SF Express service centre, EF Locker, first 1kg $30 (total volume does not exceed 70CM x 40CM x 32CM), then $6 / 0.5kg. The item will be delivered to the recipient’s address within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. (subject to destination)

When the parcel arrives, you shall receive a message from SF for pick up.

— Incomplete, incorrect shipping address, or receipt of the goods at the address provided by the guest, resulting in the return of the shipment or the need to reschedule the delivery, all costs are the responsibility of the guest

Overseas Orders

Macau:

We choose SF Express delivery service, the actual fee depends on the weight of the parcel, starting from HKD $48. ( The system will estimate the shipping fee when products are added to your shopping cart. )

Other Countries and Area: 

All goods destined for overseas The company uses the Hong Kong Post service to deliver only the areas that the post office can deliver.

— The goods will be delivered to the address within 7-14 working days after payment is confirmed. (Subject to delivery destination)

— Emails have the opportunity to be levied by local countries. Before shopping, they should consult the Customs/Inland Revenue Department on their own and pay for any form of taxation in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for any checks or losses if the goods are controlled items.

— If the packing volume of the goods is too large, depending on the actual area or additional fees will be charged, Elegant Beauty will retain all the right to make decisions.

— Customers must provide valid mailing information, including the consignee, mailing address, contact telephone number, and email address. If the information is incorrect, the customer must take risks at his own risk.

Processing order time
Office hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (except on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, no. 8 or above typhoon signals, and days when the black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted). The order cut-off time is 5:00 pm every day, so orders that are created and confirmed for payment after the cut-off time will be postponed to the next working day for processing. The extension of delivery time due to customs, tariffs, holidays or other international factors is not within the scope of「Dowell-Beauty」, but we will still try our best to process and ship orders for you.


Sign for goods
Please ensure that the consignee can verify and sign for the package on the day of delivery. The customer must provide complete and correct mailing address and contact information. If there is a mail error due to missing information or the consignee’s failure to sign for the package, “Dowell-Beauty” will charge the return and re- delivery fees.


Customs clearance
“Dowell-Beauty” cannot request the customs to carry out customs clearance or declaration procedures for the recipient because of “personal imported items”. Therefore, “Dowell-Beauty” will not bear any legal responsibility for the payment, document application procedures or even return of documents triggered by these policies. If the recipient refuses to pay various surcharges/taxes, refuses to provide ID card, fails to declare the goods or the recipient refuses to accept the package, etc., the package is returned. If the recipient wants us to resend the goods, we will charge a 10% handling fee, return and reissue delivery and related fees; if the recipient requests a refund, we will deduct the original delivery fee and the handling fee and 15% of the total amount of the goods from the refund as a refund order processing fee.
